Cleaver-Brooks and R.F. MacDonald
Complete Partnership Agreement.
The Cleaver-Brooks Company, Inc. and R.F. MacDonald Co.
today announced the completion of their previously
announced partnership agreement, bringing together two
organizations with a shared history and commitment to
serving customers with technical expertise, quality
products and responsive service.
R.F. MacDonald, a longtime Cleaver-Brooks representative
serving California and Nevada, will continue operating
under the R.F. MacDonald name with its existing
leadership and employees. For customers, the partnership
provides continuity of the local relationships and
expertise they know, along with expanded access to
Cleaver-Brooks products, engineering, service and
lifecycle support capabilities.
