Another upgrade made by The New Flat Rate is the updated reporting features. These allow members to capture real-time, in-the-field analytics of job types including diagnostic only, warranty, repair, maintenance, estimate and many more. This will help with tracking efficiency in the field.

· New levels for select pages in the plumbing module
· Quick and easy user/technician link for integrations
· Geolocation for users
· Ability to copy and paste customized text to other levels within a task group
