The MSCA and United Association recognize the importance of a good education for tomorrow's HVAC service technician. The schools accredited by HVAC Excellence have met many tough requirements in curriculum development, equipment and tools, and instructor training. MSCA and the United Association have made a commitment to position HVAC Excellence accredited schools as the main entry point for aspiring technicians and will continue to work together to grow the next generation of HVAC service technicians.

"Our partnership with MSCA and the United Association helps accredited schools in two ways; it points interested students in the direction of schools that have attained accreditation, it provides graduates of these programs additional opportunities for placement."
