Carlin Residential Oil Burners are UL listed for B100!

Carlin Combustion is pleased to announce that all Carlin Residential Oil Burners manufactured after 11/20/2023 are UL listed for B100. These are the same Carlin burners you have come to know and rely on, now rated for biodiesel blends up to and including B100. You can burn #2, B5, B100 and any biofuel blend in between.

The B100 burners look very similar to the B20 rated burners they replace. The new burners, however, contain multiple refinements to optimize long term performance with higher blends of biodiesel.

These include:

• Small, but impactful, changes to the combustion head assembly.

• B100 rated pump.

• Pro-X 70200 programmable primary control, now factory set to enhance performance regardless of the blend level of the fuel.

Coupled with the launch of the B100 burner, Carlin also introduced their conversion guide, outlining the simple steps to upgrade older burners to B100 capability.
