The Stinger™ is a professional refrigerant recovery unit that is ideal for the recovery of refrigerants from air conditioning units or refrigeration systems for residential and light commercial equipment. Professionals who would benefit from using the Stinger™ include HVAC/R service technicians, mechanical contractors, refrigeration manufacturers, and plant maintenance personnel.

The new Stinger™ comes equipped with an automatic vacuum shut-off allowing for unattended recovery operation, an easy-to-read low vacuum/tank full LED, carrying strap, and packaging to protect knobs and gauges. The new Stinger™ provides the user with exceptional safety and reliability and is capable of recovering all commonly used CFC, HFC, and HCFC refrigerants, including R-410A. A simple purge system prevents cross contamination of refrigerants when switching from one job to another.
