Tecumseh Continues Legal Action to Protect Valuable Brand Names.

Tecumseh Products Company LLC announced today that the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Michigan has denied Kulthorn Kirby Public Company Ltd. and Elco Refrigeration Solutions, LLC motion to dismiss the trademark infringement claims which are associated with Tecumseh’s valued AE / AE2 and AW registered trademarks.

With the ruling now in-place, Tecumseh will move forward with legal action to ensure that it protects the valuable trademarks that are associated world-wide with the company’s strong reputation for product performance and reliability.
