Londonderry, New Hampshire – Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. offers the new Greensource CDi series SM Model heat pump incorporating green technology for residential applications. CDi series stands for Complete Design with Innovation and is built and tested to be one of the highest efficiency and most reliable units on the market. The new Greensource™ CDi series SM Model heat pump comes in cooling capacities from 2 to 6 tons and is equipped with quality and innovative technology to cool and heat a home economically and in an environmentally friendly manner.


                  
A suite of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) accessories is now available for use with the Greensource product line. The Bosch Total Comfort Solution represents the next generation of air quality accessories designed to provide a higher quality of indoor living through improved air comfort. IAQ accessories include a humidifier, photo-catalytic analyzer (PCO), carbon and potassium-permanganate filters, a smoke detector, fresh air dampers and touchscreen thermostats. All have been designed and manufactured to Bosch’s highest quality standards.

“The Greensource line, now with IAQ, offers optimal value in geothermal products,” said Craig Kersten, Bosch Thermotechnology’s Product Manager for Residential and Light Commercial Products. “With a part load EER (Energy Efficiency Rating) of up to 32.0 and a full load EER of up to 22.0, coupled with a tin-plated evaporator coil for long-life, a floating base pan and variable-speed motor for quiet operation, and backed with a ten-year parts and labor limited warranty, Greensource provides a total solution in energy-efficient home comfort.”

Geothermal heat pumps are designed and built in Bosch’s ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. They serve as a platform for renewable energy products in a residential comfort control system. CDi series SM model heat pump was awarded ENERGY STAR 2013 Most Efficient product recognition. The new CDi series meets ENERGY STAR Tier 3 requirements, making it eligible for up to a 30% federal tax credit*.
