HVAC INDUSTRY NEWS

On SCS' 25th year of operations, Deepak Mistry, Marketing Manager at SCS, commented,

"SANYO's brand vision 'Think Gaia', a green global initiative, continues to guide SCS in innovation for ecological solutions to heating and cooling. As the first company ever to develop a ductless split air conditioner, SCS is always looking toward the future to shape and improve the present. With the great success of SANYO's space saving, energy efficient and cost effective Eco-I systems, SCS continues to raise the bar with more choices in style, higher efficiency (with some ductless models up to 20 SEER), and multi-zone temperature control to allow each unit to meet the individual's specific needs. "

Regarding SCS' perspective on building life, Mr. Mistry added, "The SCS approach to buildings is to treat them as a living and ever-evolving space, enabling us improve the living environment for everyone. At SCS, we look forward to many more years of innovation and change for both our end-users and the global community."

SANYO HVAC SOLUTIONS Celebrates 25 Years of Excellence and Innovation.

Throughout the past 25 years, SANYO HVAC Solutions, a division of SANYO Commercial Solutions (SCS), has proudly become one of the top international providers of the highest quality and most energy-efficient HVAC units in the world. Accomplishments include merging HVAC with the Biomedical and Food Services divisions to create SCS, an all encompassing division of
SANYO North American Corporation with a renewed focus on providing consumers with total solutions for business and home life.

SCS has proudly launched a new HVAC website with product guides, specs, service and support. In addition to increased communication, numbers of HVAC team members in sales and service roles have been added, to better support products and customers. This year, the HVAC Applied Products Division was also launched, focusing on the ECO-i family of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) products. This new division was established to provide a more specific sales and engineering support structure for commercial HVAC applications. As an investment in quality and a commitment to training, SCS is also very excited to have just opened a 6,200 square foot training facility in Kennesaw, Georgia dedicated to resources for SCS sales agencies, the engineering community, and HVAC contractors.
