Jackson Systems Develops the Warning WatchdogTM, an Anti-Theft System for Condensing Units.
Indianapolis, IN – Jackson Systems announces the Warning WatchdogTM, an alarm system that monitors individual condensing units and immediately detects voltage interruption and refrigerant loss. When activated, the Warning WatchdogTM sounds an extremely loud siren and can also trigger an alarm, phone dialer or any other security device.
“The warm season has just begun and there is already a rise in condensing unit theft,” said Tom Jackson, C.E.O. of Jackson Systems. “The Warning WatchdogTM is a good solution to securing your condensing unit, and ultimately, saving you thousands of dollars if you would have to replace a unit.”
“One of our customers has purchased about 20 systems and have had very good response to selling the product as a preventative measure to their commercial customers,” said Ron Jackson, President.
Key features to the product include the following:
- Can be used with split systems and packaged units
- Available for wireless or hardwired models that can monitor up to four condensing units.
- Alarms if refrigerants lines or any wires are cut.
- Alarms if the disconnect is pulled.
- Extra loud 112 dB sounder/siren.
- Complete system with logic module, adjustable alarm silence timer and key-operated silence switch.
- Easy to wire.
- Can be tied to any central alarm system or other security device
